The Barley Hound
The Barley Hound features a large dog friendly patio, welcoming casual atmosphere, and outstanding food and drinks. It has quickly become one of Prescott’s favorite restaurants. We offer eight Arizona craft beers on draft, a small and eclectic wine list, and an extensive spirits list. Great care is taken in forming our craft cocktail menu, which features fresh, innovative cocktails, as well as classic cocktails made with fresh squeezed juices.

The County Seat is a local gathering, place, mercantile and restaurant that sets the standard for the unassuming, yet eclectic culinary scene in Prescott, Ariz. As the largest restaurant in the area, The County Seat brings a big-city vibe to the small, but bustling Prescott Square, and is a place where guests can find good food, good health, served daily complete with an array of hearty sandwiches, robust salads and grab-and-go items paired with a full-coffee bar, fresh-pressed juices and a low ABV cocktail menu.

Rosa’s Pizzeria
From Sicily to New York, Domenic and Rosa Anzelmo brought authentic homemade Sicilian and Southern Italian recipes with them. After 25 years of being in the restaurant business in New York and Arizona they sold their business to Skyler Reeves on the one condition that he didn’t change a thing. Reeves fell in love with Rosa’s the first time he set foo tin the door and jumped at the chance to carry on their legacy. Rosa’s serves family friendly pizza, pasta, chicken and veal for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
